The Law Of Gravity And Real Estate Sales - A Valuable Lesson

What does the law of gravity have to do with real estate?
An agent called me last week to vent. He had no problem getting listings… He was getting them, however, at an inflated price and a discounted commission.  
He was frustrated because his sellers, who initially ‘got their way’ were frustrated.

As their over-priced, shop-worn homes sat on the market week-after-week, they blamed him for ‘not doing enough’ and resented him for not earning his would-be (discounted) commission.

Ironic, isn’t it?

I gave him an illustration about the law of gravity, and how it relates to real estate… and how, by not working against a natural ‘law’ he would have a happier life and make way more money selling real estate.

He immediately saw the picture: Don’t try to fight natural laws. You will lose.

Go with natural law. Go with it and you will win. You will beat your competition. You will make a lot of money. Your sales will increase dramatically. You will make a fortune in real estate.
And you will have a happy life. You will have a satisfying, fulfilled life because you will not always be in a struggle against natural laws. Natural laws always win.
So go with natural law.
